Grease is the word!

Q: Every time I use hair serum I end up with greasy instead of glossy locks. Help!
Paula, Croydon

A: You should only use a pea sized amount of serum to the palm of your hand and then rub together and apply just to the ends to de-frizz and add shine. However, if you have really thin or fine hair you may find serum too heavy for your barnet. Maybe try out a shine spray instead. Use once you've styled your crop just like you would hairspray.

Supermarket sweep!

Q: Where can I buy decent make-up that won't break the budget?
Jenny, Leeds

A: I absolutely love Tesco's make-up range. The packaging is really stylish 'n' simple and its coverage is amazing considering some posh brands cost 10 times as much and still aren't that great! Each product only costs £1.97 or you can pick 'n' mix 3 items for just a fiver!
